Ilumina is a creative proposal for an interactive installation to improve and enlighten children's moods against mental fatigue. In response to a design brief by LEGO. As the pandemic borders start to open up, play-deprived children are experiencing mental fatigue that is affecting their personal well-being both physically and mentally. Therefore they are lacking the playful experience they need. A solution for this is an interactive giant slide inside a dome-like sphere for children to experience at the Float Marina Bay. The slide path will follow along within the parameters of the dome wall with a sensor wall that reacts upon contact, projecting a harmony of colors as the users interact, enlightening children mood and being inspired through this immersive experience.
